Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy

We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you provide 24 hours’ notice. This will enable the appointment slot to be used by another person who is waiting for an appointment.

If you must cancel urgently less than 24 hours (but more than 1 hour) prior to your visit, you may call or email our office to reschedule your appointment, change the appointment to a virtual visit, or receive credit for a future visit. Appointments which are canceled with less than an hours’ notice from your scheduled time will be deemed a NO SHOW.

We understand that special unavoidable and/or emergent circumstances may cause you to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours. Fees in this instance may be waived but only with management approval by emailing office@tinyapricot.com.

Patients who NO SHOW 2 or more times in a 12 month period, may be dismissed from the practice and thus denied any future appointments. The cancellation, rescheduling, and no show fees are the sole responsibility of the patient and must be paid in full prior to the patient’s next appointment. By scheduling an appointment you understand and agree to this Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy.

Dr. Davoudpour reserves the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice. In such a case, you will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued.

 Merchandise Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your in-store purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange. You can return a product in store for up to 30 days from the date that it was purchased for a full refund. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please keep your receipt. Gift cards may be used for products, merchandise, and services. Gift cards may not be refunded or returned for cash value.
